Thank you for trusting Tri Hospital Sitter as part of your caregiving journey.
At Tri Hospital Sitter Services, accurate timekeeping is essential to ensure patient safety, accountability, and proper payroll processing.
Effective immediately, all sitters and caregivers are required to personally clock in and clock out by calling or reporting to (626) 260-8094 at the beginning and end of every assigned shift.
Simply reporting total hours worked to staffing will no longer be accepted as a substitute for proper clock-in and clock-out procedures.
This policy is in place to:
✔ Confirm caregiver arrival and presence at the patient’s bedside or assigned location
✔ Ensure accurate payroll and service verification
✔ Maintain accountability and compliance with company standards
✔ Help protect both our clients and caregivers
Failure to properly clock in and clock out may result in delays in payroll processing and may affect future work assignments.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to providing dependable, professional care to our clients.
Thank you for helping us maintain high standards of service and patient care.
