• Our Patient Safety Sitters provide attentive, compassionate supervision to help ensure patient safety and comfort in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing home settings. Sitters work under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) assigned to the patient.

✔ Remaining with the patient at all times while maintaining close observation and alertness

✔ Monitoring patient behavior to help prevent falls, injury, wandering, or unsafe actions

✔ Communicating patient needs promptly to the assigned Registered Nurse through call systems or emergency response procedures when necessary

✔ Providing reassurance, companionship, and redirection to calm or reorient patients when needed
✔ Assisting with patient mobility, restroom visits, and hallway walks as directed

✔ Reporting changes in patient condition or concerns to the RN immediately

✔ Notifying nursing staff if medical equipment such as IV lines, tubes, or catheters become disconnected
✔ Providing limited hands-on assistance based on patient needs and facility guidelines

✔ Pet care including feeding, exercising, and basic assistance

Our Live-In Care Services provide around-the-clock companionship and support for clients who require consistent supervision and assistance while remaining in the comfort of their own home.

Our live-in caregivers are required to receive scheduled breaks, including an 8-hour overnight rest period, to ensure quality, safe, and dependable care.

• Our Personal Care and Alzheimer’s Care Services are tailored to meet the daily needs of individuals requiring hands-on assistance while preserving dignity, comfort, and independence.

✔ Grooming assistance (hair care, shaving, oral care, dentures, and dressing)

✔ Personal hygiene support including bathing, showers, sponge baths, and toileting assistance

✔ Mobility support including transfers, repositioning, walking, and light exercise

✔ Feeding and eating assistance

✔ Monitoring vital signs such as blood 

pressure, pulse, and respiration when required
